Andrew Huang, MD is a 4th year integrated vascular surgery resident at the University of Michigan. His primary research interests are using novel imaging techniques such as 4D flow MRI to approach disease processes where diagnostics are currently limited. His current work focuses upon the use of 4D flow MRI and computational fluid dynamics to characterize and prognosticate left iliac vein compression and the likelihood of stent patency. He hopes to extend this work towards other disease processes with similar limitations such as left renal vein compression and pelvic venous disorders.
