Dr Jessica Bowie MBChB, BSc(Hons) is a clinical research fellow at Imperial College London, where she is completing her PhD in venous disease. Her research interest is skin change in venous disease. Her work aims to understand the factors underlying the development and progression of skin change, and has taken the form of observational work, genetic association analyses, and a primary study investigating the utility of capillaroscopy in identifying and predicting patients most at risk.
